It is often believed that coaching is for business executives. That's no longer the case. It's for anyone who would like guidance and support while achieving their goals, someone to bounce your ideas off of, discuss your challenges and successes, and so much more. Working with a coach can be motivating, empowering, and rewarding. It's more fun when you have someone to share your ideas, thoughts, passions and dreams with, someone who will support you during the moments when you're stepping out of your comfort zone. There's lots of thought-provoking questions that will help you dive deeper and look at different options.
Each of our coaching sessions is planned according to what you are working on and what you want to talk about. In addition, there are lots of topics that often come up during a coaching session that women are currently facing. Work-life balance, imposter syndrome, burnout, setting boundaries, career changes, the challenges of working in the business field, the challenges of running their own business, and much more.
There is no cost for the consultation meeting. There's no sales pitch or pressure. We'll talk about what you're working on or thinking about, what you would like to accomplish when working with a coach, and how I can help. I'll answer any questions you may have.

In coaching, a lot of progress happens between sessions. The more you are able to put into it, the more you will get out of it.
For monthly coaching packages, email contact and support is provided between sessions. Information such as articles, websites, webinars, etc. that may be helpful to what you are working on may be provided.
Each coaching session is one hour.
