• I'm a Business & Personal Coach, offering support and guidance for both your successes and challenges, helping you achieve your goals and create your own success stories. Each coaching session is planned according to what you are working on and what you want to talk about. We'll have thought-provoking conversations, with lots of questions.

• I am a seasoned Coach with 20+ years Coaching and Mentoring experience and training, coaching and mentoring within both the business world and through my coaching practice.

• Business Coaching: With 30+ years business experience, I've experienced both the excitement and challenges of the business world, working for large companies and small businesses, managing our own small business, and having a business selling art. It can be really nice to work with a coach who has been there, someone who may have experienced some of the same things you're experiencing.

• Personal Coaching: I include personal coaching because it is impossible to separate our personal lives from our business lives. "You being You" is what makes your work, unique and special. Life often overlaps into our work lives, presenting challenges that come up in our coaching discussions.

With over 20 years experience, I am highly skilled in Supply Chain. My experience includes Resort/Casino, Hospital, and Manufacturing. I’ve held positions of leadership in Supply Chain and on many large-scale projects, such as building, openings, expansions and renovations of hotels, casinos, and restaurants. I've held positions such as Purchasing Manager of the World's Largest Casino, overseeing a staff of 16 direct reports; Director of Materials Management, overseeing five departments including Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Fulfillment.

• An accountability partner can be a great resource and offer support for both your successes and challenges. They can encourage and challenge you to keep forward momentum.

• An accountability partner can be a big asset, especially when you work from home, are a sole business owner, or just need a little bit of support to accomplish that goal. It's also way more fun to have someone to share your progress with and to celebrate your success with.
